Prayer requests
My prayer requests right now are rather simple (well maybe not):
- God would allow me to transfer my job in Information Technology to 3M Italia to work with the European subsidiaries
- That I could learn Italian (I am not a studious person and don’t have a lot of time, either. When I do have a few spare minutes, I am currently spending it playing solitaire. Specifically, pray that I have the will to study.)
- God would grow me in leadership and counseling areas (I am really a behind-the-scenes person. Even though I help lead worship, I am more comfortable hiding in the background.)
- God would prepare the people in Italy
- That I remain faithful to God. It is a priviledge to be asked by God to go to a place that I consider to be so exciting. But it is also a great responsibility that will be placed on all of us. I want to remain faithful and rely on God for everything.
- Ronnie and Kristi would get visas and also be allowed to work in Italy.
- Dave gets his Italian citizenship
- That we don’t give up hope on getting there if God really wants us there – so basically that we would know if God is closing a door or if it’s just a difficulty we need to get through
